Where's Nika Friday?? GOOD QUESTION. I am thinking of packing that in and giving a range of new bloggers the chance to Guest Post on my blog every Friday from now on. Sorry for the lack of personal posts, I have lots and lots to talk about, but you will just have to wait a while because it's so exciting.
They will be worth the wait - believe me. I hope as my readers, you won't mind the complication and mix-ups this week. I have tried to give you things to read (that I also want to actually post, too) and hope you don't get tired of my blog. Hang on in there, I will be back to normal soon!
Thank you for your patience.
Today, my Guest Blogger is Sophie! Enjoy the post.

I'd just like the say thank you to Lauren for letting me post on her blog! My blog is http://ift.tt/1HNMCoe ... Lets get started!
I bought a new pair of trainer last Wednesday and I fell in love with them, as soon as I saw them and then put them on. It's like walking in a fluffy cloud, and a pretty good lookin' cloud. I've been wearing them every night after work, and every day all weekend. Apart from the race for life, it was a muddy one, so no way.
Then I went to my nans house, and her dog stood on my foot with a muddy paw. It broke my heart, there is a big splodge on the side of them...
I took a deep breath and a few things ran through my head..
Don't panic
They are only shoes, there is no need to get I-rate about it, yes they are beautiful, and they will never look the same again, but keep calm. Everyone around will realise how material-ist you are Soph. There are a lot worse things that could have happened, you could bed dead, that would be considerably worse than this.
It was always going to happen
However ever careful I had been it was always going to happen, at one time or another there would be a stain or a rip, there weren't going to look new forever. Well they could off, but It would have been very unlikely.
Were they worth the money now?!
I paid more than I normally would for these trainers, but they were so worth it, the main word there, 'were'. I love them, but now, now they just look like an old pair of trainers, they aren't clean and new looking anymore.
I suppose I don't look like the idiot wearing the new trainers walking around, and people won't think that I'm wearing new trains. They will think that i need new trainers, screw what others think, since when did I care?!
I then came to realise that I needed to deal with the fact that they wouldn't have looked new forever, but guys, it was a really sad day.
